I am a married mom of 3 children, my youngest is now 15 years old.. 2 out of my 3 kids have special needs that have required me to develop very specific skill set to get everything in our busy lives accomplished. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
