What Does Freedom Mean to You?

For me, freedom has changed.

I used to think of freedom primarily as financial.

Now I think about it differently.

Freedom is choice.

Choice in how I spend my time.

Choice in how I earn.

Choice in what I say yes to.

Choice in what I say no to.

Choice to build something of my own.

Choice to create a different future for my family.

And maybe your definition of freedom looks completely different.

That's the point.

You get to decide what freedom means to you.

That's why I'm building a business with Three International.

Not because I believe everyone needs to build a business.

And not because I believe there's one right definition of success.

Because I believe people deserve choices.

Why I Said Yes to Three

Three years ago, I wasn't looking for another company.

I was looking for an income opportunity.

I'll be honest about that because it's an important part of my story.

I wanted to know who was leading the company.

I wanted to know who I would be learning from.

And when I heard who the leader was, I remember thinking:

“Okay. This is someone I want to learn from.”

I knew I wanted to work with her and have her as my partner.

So I took the first step.

What I didn't know at the time was how much more that decision would become.

Then I Discovered the Rest of the Story

I discovered the science.

I discovered the products.

I discovered the people.

And I discovered a community and business culture that I hadn't experienced before.

Over the past three years, I've watched people become more intentional about their health.

I've watched people learn.

I've watched people grow.

I've watched leaders develop.

And I've experienced my own transformation along the way.

I've lost 70 pounds.

But honestly, the number on the scale isn't the whole story.

This journey has changed how I think about health, wellness, aging, leadership, and what is possible when we stop assuming our future has to look exactly like our past.

And then there was another piece I didn't expect...

The people.

People. Platform. Purpose.

These three words have become incredibly meaningful to me.

PEOPLE

People come first.

Our customers.

Our brand ambassadors.

Our leaders.

Our corporate team.

And the people we haven't met yet.

I've experienced a culture where people genuinely want to see other people grow.

That's important to me.

Because I don't believe success has to mean someone else loses.

We can build together.

PURPOSE

You Don't Have to Want What I Want

Purpose is where it all comes together for me.

My purpose has always been rooted in helping people improve their health.

That's still a huge part of why I share what I do.

But I've also discovered that people want different things for their lives.

Some want better health.

Some want additional income.

Some want flexibility.

Some want community.

Some want to build something of their own.

Some are still figuring it out.

I don't get to decide what this opportunity should mean for you.

You do.

You Don't Have to Want What I Want

This is one of the things I most want people to understand.

You don't have to want to build a team.

You don't have to want to make this your full-time career.

You don't have to quit your job.

You don't have to know exactly what you want yet.

Maybe you want to become a customer.

Maybe you want to share products and earn retail income.

Maybe you're interested in creating an additional income stream.

Maybe you want to build a team.

Maybe you're looking toward retirement and want to explore another possibility.

Maybe you're simply curious.

That's okay.

There isn't one right answer.

That's the beauty of having a choice.

I Got to Help Build the Foundation

When I joined Three, the company was still in its early days.

I got to be part of the building.

I watched systems develop.

I watched teams grow.

I watched leaders emerge.

I watched the culture take shape.

There were growing pains.

There was learning.

There was figuring things out as we went.

But there was also something incredibly special about being part of building the foundation.

And today?

We're not starting from scratch anymore.

The foundation is there.

The systems are there.

The products are there.

The people are there.

The leadership is there.

And I'm excited about what can be built from here.

And I said yes.

Today, I'm stepping into my fourth year.
